The following terms and conditions are applicable in order to provide you, the client, with the surety you require.
For the comfort and safety of all passengers, all our vehicles are fitted with seat or lap belts, and are strictly no smoking. JST Luxury Cars Ltd will not be held responsible for loss of personal property
All bookings must be pre-booked and are to be confirmed with a deposit of £20 per vehicle (non returnable) before it is accepted as a confirmed booking, unless an alternative agreement is in place.
JST Luxury Cars Ltd or its representatives (e.g. chauffeur) reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person / persons they deem unfit for whatever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person / persons behave in a manner which may be construed as harmful to other persons or to the vehicle and contents. In this event no refund will be given.
On special event bookings such as weddings or other social occasions, payment must be received at least 14 days before date of hire. If payment is not received by that date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Whilst every effort is afforded to the serviceability of the vehicles no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown however caused. In this unlikely event every effort will be made for immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey can continue, or the Hirer would be transferred to another vehicle/s and any reasonable extra costs incurred will be borne by JST Luxury Cars Ltd or a refund will be given.
In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date of booking, every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the company's discretion. If this is not acceptable to the Hirer a refund will be given.
JST Luxury Cars Ltd reserves the right to change the style of vehicle at short notice.
JST Luxury Cars Ltd reserve the right to charge a standard waiting time of £5 for each 15 minutes or part thereof of waiting (i.e. Delays or customer requests other than stated on the booking form). Delays are defined as: Airport Arrivals - The time in excess of 1 hour after actual aircraft arrival time. I.E If, for whatever reason, the client meets up with the chauffeur 1 hour and 10 minutes after the aircraft has landed, (landing time as per the airport notice board) then the client will be charged an additional £5 for the 10 minutes additional time. Other delays – The time in excess of 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time. I.E If, for whatever reason, the client meets up with the chauffeur 25 minutes after the agreed pick up time then the client will be charged an additional £5 for the 10 minutes additional time. |
